Do You Publish Personal Photographs on Your Blog ?

21 Aug, 2007  |  Written by John  |  under My Ramblings

Of the many business related blogs i read on a daily basis there are very few apart from JohnChow.com that share any personal photographs of either the author of the blog or their family with their blogs readers. I understand that many bloggers would rather not show personal photographs of themselves or family on their business blogs because after all it's a business blog and not a personal blog, but surely by just sharing a few personal photos of the author and family now and again wouldn't it make their blogs more appealing ?

So i thought it would be fun to share with you a few personal photographs from my families recent trip to the party island of Ibiza in the balearic islands that we've just returned from last thursday :-)

Here's yours truly outside the famous Bora Bora bar in playa del bossa

What's your view on showing some personal photographs to your blogs readers ? Do you think it's a good idea ?

Here's a business blog http://blog.michellemacphearson.com which also displays a photograph of the owner and even a video. I think it really increase credibility. The site talks about internet business and online marketing, tips and tools are shared and it really gave me a lot of knowledge on my interest to internet business.
